NAPLEX Management & Ethics Exams
Two NAPLEX-style practice exams on the parts of the blueprint that are easiest to leave until last: professional practice and ethics, medication-safety systems, pharmacy operations and inventory, quality improvement, leadership and personnel, managed care, and the pharmacoeconomic and business calculations that sit behind them. Each paper is 50 questions in 80 minutes, with Study and Timed modes, and every item carries a full rationale, an explanation for each option and an exam pearl. The two exams cover different material, so they are best taken as a pair.

How to use these NAPLEX management and ethics practice exams
The NAPLEX Content Outline gives two domains of about 5% each to this material: Domain 4, Professional Practice (ethics, informed consent, confidentiality and error reporting), and Domain 5, Pharmacy Management and Leadership (operations, inventory, medication-safety systems, quality improvement and precepting). Together that is about 20 of the 200 scored questions, and several answer choices often sound reasonable, so practise choosing the one that best protects the patient.
- Learn first in Study mode. Take Exam 1 in Study mode and read every explanation, including the ones for questions you answered correctly.
- Then check yourself in Timed mode. Take Exam 2 in Timed mode in one sitting, without notes, as your management and ethics checkpoint.
- Review misses by reason, not only by topic, with the 5S mock-review method: a knowledge gap, a calculation setup, a missed clue in the case, or a tempting distractor.
