Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of rxboardprep.com and enrolment in any RxBoardPrep program. By using this site or enrolling, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enrol.

1. Who I am

RxBoardPrep is an independent exam-preparation service operated by Talha Shafique, PharmD, MPH, a pharmacist licensed in the State of Texas.

2. Not affiliated with NABP or any licensing authority

RxBoardPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee (FPGEC), any state board of pharmacy, or any other licensing or credentialing body.

FPGEE, FPGEC, NAPLEX, MPJE, and Pre-NAPLEX are registered trademarks of NABP. They are used on this site only to describe the examinations these programs prepare students for. No official exam content is reproduced, licensed, or reused. All practice questions are written by me.

3. No guarantee of results

Exam preparation improves your chances. It does not determine them. I make no guarantee, promise, or warranty that you will pass any examination, obtain licensure, or achieve any particular score or outcome.

Pass rates and student results shown on this site reflect the past performance of previous students. They are not a prediction of your result. Your outcome depends on your prior education, English proficiency, study effort, health, testing conditions, and factors entirely outside my control.

4. Not professional, legal, or immigration advice

Course materials are educational only. Nothing on this site or in any program is clinical or pharmaceutical advice for treating any actual patient, legal advice, immigration advice, or official guidance on licensure eligibility.

Licensure requirements, exam blueprints, application procedures, fees, and state rules change frequently and vary by state. Any such information I provide reflects my understanding at the time of writing and may be out of date. You are solely responsible for verifying all eligibility and licensure requirements directly with NABP, the FPGEC, and the specific state board of pharmacy you are applying to.

5. Fees and payment

Program fees are stated at the time of enrolment. Your place in a cohort is confirmed once payment is received in full, unless we have agreed a payment plan in writing.

5.1 All fees are non-refundable

All fees paid to RxBoardPrep are final and non-refundable. This applies without exception, including but not limited to:

  • Changing your mind after enrolling
  • Being unable to attend live sessions
  • Not completing the course
  • Failing the examination
  • Rescheduling, deferring, or withdrawing from your exam
  • Visa, immigration, travel, employment, personal, or medical circumstances
  • Dissatisfaction with the course content or teaching style

You are paying for access to the program, its materials, and my time. That access is granted at enrolment. It is not conditional on you using it, completing it, or passing.

Because fees are non-refundable, please make sure the program is right for you before you pay. Free practice exams are available with no sign-up so you can evaluate my teaching and question style first. You are welcome to email me with questions before enrolling.

5.2 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to course materials is a breach of these terms. It will result in immediate termination of access, and I reserve the right to recover the disputed amount and any associated fees.

6. Course access and materials

Access is personal to you and non-transferable. Your access continues until you pass the examination the program prepares you for. If you need to sit the exam again, your enrolment carries over at no additional cost — you keep the materials, the question directory, the recordings, and my support. This continuing access is offered in good faith to students who remain actively engaged with the program and who comply with these terms, in particular Sections 7 and 8. It does not create a right to a refund at any point.

Live sessions run to a published schedule. Sessions may occasionally be rescheduled; recordings are provided. Attendance at live sessions is not guaranteed to be possible in your time zone, and time-zone incompatibility is not grounds for a refund. I may update, revise, or replace course materials at any time.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials — lectures, recordings, notes, study plans, schedules, question banks, practice exams, rationales, and everything on this site — are my original work and are protected by copyright.

When you enrol you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use these materials for your own exam preparation only. You may not:

  • Share, sell, resell, distribute, upload, post, or publish any material
  • Share your password or account access with anyone
  • Record, screenshot, screen-capture, or reproduce live sessions or exam questions
  • Post materials or questions to WhatsApp groups, Telegram, Facebook groups, Reddit, Discord, file-sharing sites, or any other platform
  • Use materials to teach, tutor, or create a competing product

Breach of this section results in immediate termination of access with no refund, and I reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including damages and injunctive relief.

8. Student conduct

I expect respectful conduct toward me and toward other students in all sessions and communications. Harassment, abuse, discriminatory language, disruption of sessions, or academic dishonesty will result in removal from the program without refund.

9. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites, including NABP and state board sites. I do not control them and am not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices.

10. Site availability

I aim to keep the site and materials available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable due to maintenance, hosting issues, technical failure, or events outside my control. Temporary unavailability is not grounds for a refund.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and all programs, materials, and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of this site or any program. This includes, without limitation, exam failure, delayed or denied licensure, lost income, lost employment or job offers, lost opportunity, visa or immigration consequences, exam fees, travel costs, or emotional distress.

My total aggregate liability to you for any claim, arising from any cause whatsoever, will not exceed the total amount you actually paid me in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of course materials, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Termination

I may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, if you breach these terms — in particular Sections 7 and 8.

15. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use of the site or program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Changes will not retroactively alter the fee terms that applied at the time of your enrolment.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact me at hafiz.rph@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.

18. Entire agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RxBoardPrep regarding the site and programs, and supersede any prior discussions or representations.
