My story
I’m Talha Shafique, PharmD, MPH — a Texas-licensed pharmacist with more than a decade in U.S. pharmacy practice. Over the years, I’ve coached over 500 pharmacists and pharmacy graduates preparing for the FPGEE and NAPLEX, and I kept seeing the same problem: capable, hardworking people burning months on scattered materials that never matched what the exams actually test.
So I built RxBoardPrep to be the course I wished my students had from day one: live teaching mapped to the official exam blueprints, complete notes that replace the textbook pile, realistic practice exams, and a real pharmacist you can actually reach. In 2025, every member of my FPGEE cohort passed. That’s the standard I hold this program to.
OFF THE CLOCK
Find me where the signal drops
When I’m not teaching, I’m usually outdoors — on a trail I haven’t walked before, somewhere far enough out that my phone gives up. I chase new places, and I have a real weakness for historical sites: old ruins, old cities, the kind of place where you stop for a minute and feel just how long people have been standing there.
It’s not unrelated to how I teach. A long climb and a board exam ask for the same things: know the route, pace yourself, and don’t panic at the steep part. I’ve learned more about patience on a mountain than I ever did at a desk — and that’s exactly what I try to give my students when the studying starts to feel endless.
