FPGEE Visual Practice Exams · Visual Exam 2
Forty image-based FPGEE practice questions, weighted towards medicinal chemistry and structure–activity reasoning. Every item is answered from its figure: chemical structures and functional groups, pharmacokinetic and physical-pharmacy graphs, anatomy and site identification, cell and molecular schematics, and clinical document interpretation. Study Mode lets you check each answer as you go; Timed Mode gives you 54 minutes for the paper. Detailed explanations are released for every question.

What this exam covers
All four FPGEE 2026 domains are represented, weighted towards the pharmaceutical sciences. You will read chemical structures and identify the functional groups and scaffolds that drive activity, metabolism and drug class; interpret capacity-limited and first-order concentration–time curves, dissolution and release profiles, a phase diagram and quantal dose–response curves; identify sites along the nephron, the cardiac valves and great vessels, kidney and brain structures, and the anterior segment and inner ear; read bacterial, immunoglobulin, cell-cycle and protein-structure schematics; and audit a prescription and a laboratory report. Thirty items are single-best-answer, five are image-label identification, four are select-all-that-apply and one is a graph-interpretation calculation. No question can be answered from the text alone.
