FPGEE Visual Recognition & Graph Interpretation Exam 1

FPGEE Visual Practice Exams · Visual Exam 1

Forty image-based FPGEE practice questions. Every item is answered from its figure: chemical structures, dose–response and concentration–time graphs, enzyme-kinetics plots, a rheogram, anatomy, ECG tracings, a clinical algorithm, a prescription and metabolic pathway diagrams. Study Mode lets you check each answer as you go; Timed Mode gives you 54 minutes for the paper. Detailed explanations are released for every question.

What this exam covers

All four FPGEE 2026 domains are represented, weighted towards the pharmaceutical sciences. You will read chemical structures and identify functional groups, interpret dose–response curves for competitive and noncompetitive antagonism, graded and quantal responses, Michaelis–Menten and Lineweaver–Burk plots, concentration–time and dose–AUC relationships, dissolution profiles and a rheogram; recognise anatomy and histology; read ECG intervals and a rhythm strip; follow a diagnostic algorithm, a replication cycle and a metabolic pathway; and audit a prescription for unsafe notation. Most items are single-best-answer, with four select-all-that-apply items. No question can be answered from the text alone.
