FPGEE 2026 Specialty Practice · Calculations + Chemistry
A 90-question final-review mock built from the formulas, pH calculations, SAR clues and drug structures you are most likely to need: 63 calculations and 27 structure-based chemistry items. Study Mode lets you check each answer and read the full explanation as you go. Timed Mode is a 135-minute simulation with answers shown after you submit. Free navigation is available in both modes.

What this exam covers
The calculation half covers dose and quantity, weight-based dosing, conversions, specific gravity, dilution, alligation, percent strength, ppm, mEq, millimoles and moles, osmolarity, E-values, weak-acid and weak-base pH, core pharmacokinetics, biostatistics, and clinical values including creatinine clearance, BMI, BSA, anion gap, corrected calcium and phenytoin, LDL, ANC, temperature and arterial blood gases. The chemistry half is structure-dependent: every one of the 27 items is answered from a verified chemical structure, including paired comparisons. Detailed explanations and Exam Pearls are available for every question — as you go in Study Mode, and after submission in Timed Mode.
