After you enroll: create your student account with the same email address you gave when you enrolled. That is how your course access is connected to your account. Creating an account does not by itself include course access.

Before you enroll
Payments, access and policies
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, for every package. You can pay in two installments, on a payment schedule agreed with you individually in writing when you enroll.
How do I pay?
Payment instructions are provided with your written enrollment confirmation.
When do I get access?
As soon as your enrollment is confirmed. You can start with the available notes, study materials and the exam portal straight away, before live classes begin. FPGEE practice exams open in three stages. On the day you enroll: all 37 chapter exams plus four Calculations and Chemistry exams (Pharmaceutical Calculations, Medicinal Chemistry I and II, and the High-Yield Calculations + Chemistry set), so you can start calculations and chemistry practice immediately. That is over 1,700 questions. During the live classes: 32 revision exams, opened area by area. For your final revision: 13 weekly and domain exams plus 6 full-length mocks. In all, 92 exams and over 5,200 unique questions. If your own exam date comes before the cohort’s final revision, tell me and I will open the later exams earlier. NAPLEX practice exams all open when you enroll.
I cannot attend live at 8 PM Central. Is that a problem?
Every session is recorded, so you can watch on your own schedule. Live attendance cannot be guaranteed in every time zone.
Can I join after classes start?
Yes. Enrollment is open all year. If you join later, you get every recording and note from the start, the day-one practice exams, and every practice exam already open to your cohort, and I build your study plan around your exam date.
Stay Until You Pass: what if I need to sit the exam again?
Your access to the program materials, recordings, exam portal and live classes continues until you pass, under the published Terms of Service, as long as you stay actively engaged and follow those terms. Premium’s 8 private sessions are included once; they do not automatically repeat or renew.
What is the refund policy?
Access to course materials and the exam portal is normally set up as soon as your enrollment is confirmed. From that point, fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Please try the free challenges and practice exams, and ask me anything, before you enroll. Full details are in the Terms of Service.
